3. Scope of Software and Algorithmic Services
Spornadike engineers, hosts, and licenses quantitative computation infrastructure, machine-learning data aggregation models, and algorithmic automation interfaces. The Services encompass market feed modeling across digital currencies, foreign exchange crosses, and public equity indices.
Under no circumstances does Spornadike act as a custodian, depository bank, asset manager, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or clearing house. Execution parameters, exchange linkages, and strategy selections are defined solely at your own discretion. Spornadike provides access to technological architecture and execution scripts, and does not hold user fiat deposits or execute unilateral fiduciary discretion over client portfolios.
4. Technological Risk and Non-Advisory Nature
All quantitative indicators, automated risk boundaries, simulated market scenarios, and algorithmic signals visible on the Platform are generated through deterministic and heuristic algorithmic processing for informational, research, and execution routing objectives.
Nothing on this site or within the computational software constitutes personalized investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. We do not provide individualized recommendations regarding the purchase, holding, or liquidation of digital tokens, derivatives, or underlying financial assets.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
When interacting with the Platform, you covenant that you shall not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of our proprietary machine-learning engines;
- Deploy automated crawlers, spiders, scraping tools, or flood scripts that overburden our server architecture or cause latency degradation to other subscribers;
- Use the Platform to participate in market manipulation schemes, wash trading, front-running, layering, spoofing, or unlawful capital movements;
- Sub-license, resell, lease, or distribute access to the Spornadike computational platform to non-authorized third parties without express written authorization;

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spornadike, its corporate parent, subsidiaries, officers, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable solicitor fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, non-compliance with applicable financial market rules, or willful misuse of the algorithmic tools.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, including non-contractual matters or claims arising out of their execution or subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall maintain exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any controversy, action, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms.
10. Modifications and Termination
